Remember all those activities we were told to do as a young child? Go outside and play, go to bed, relax and take a nap, eat your veggies, share and be nice, and do your homework! Well it turns out that these are all still important in maintaining a healthy brain as an adult. Although these activities change a little bit as we get older they are still just as important. So get some exercise, get enough sleep, manage your stress, eat healthy, be social, and mentally stimulate yourself and you will have a healthy happy brain for years to come.
